  1. How do I choose the right size for my dog’s harness or vest?
    Please refer to our sizing guide and measure your dog’s girth, neck, and length as instructed
    on the relevant product page.

  2. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for secure online transactions

  3. How long does shipping take and where do you deliver?
    Orders are typically
    will typically take 1-3 days (weekdays) to process & shipped within 1–5 business days. Shipping times and destinations vary—please check our shipping policy for details

  4. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
    You may change or cancel your order as long as it has not left our warehouse.
    Once the courier has the order packages, orders CANNOT be cancelled by us. Please contact us immediately to request changes

  5. What is your return and refund policy?
    We offer a 14-day return policy for items in original, unused condition. Refunds or store credit may be issued minus shipping costs, depending on the circumstances.

    We reserve the right decline refunds at our discretion, especially if there are large number of such requests from the same customer.

  6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
    Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible

  7. Are your products suitable for all dog breeds and sizes?
    It depends on each product. We try and offer a wide range of sizes and adjustable options to fit most breeds. Check our product descriptions for specific sizing and fit information

  8. Can I order custom gear or request specific features?
    Yes, we offer custom options for
    some products. Please specify your requirements on the order page.

  9. How do I care for and clean my dog’s gear?
    Most products can be hand-washed or wiped clean. Refer to the care instructions included with each item for best results
